POSITION SUMMARY: The Chief Financial Officer is a senior-level manager charged with developing strategy and providing leadership for the internal operations of the Compact, encompassing but not limited to financial strategy, planning, and operations; financial oversight; human resources management and administration; and organizational risk management. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position located at the MHEC offices in Minneapolis. Travel is required and is estimated at up to ten percent.
